Zoe was recently featured in Time Magazine's Earth Day 2000 Special Edition.

I received an e-mail message in April '97 from a lady in Switzerland who said she found my site on the Internet, loved tigers, and wanted to help if she could. Naturally one does not get in depth information on correspondents unless they tell you.

Later she wrote, "My name is ZOE WAHL. My father translates that because I do not speak English as yet. I would love to be the representative of the foundation in Switzerland. I am a bit young but there is work for many years to come and my father said he will help me. His name is François."

François went on to tell me his daughter was eleven years old, but that she was extremely interested in tigers. She has demonstrated that by organizing a tiger exposition with her classmates and helping The Zoe Foundation, Inc. receive press coverage in Europe.

With the help of her father she is now the European Representative Coordinator for The Zoe Foundation, Inc. She has demonstrated her desire and organizational ability. The future is going to be in the hands of our young people. The Zoe Foundation, Inc. is proud to have her dedicated assistance.

Zoe sponsored another fund raiser for the foundation today. If everyone had her drive and determination the tiger would be saved. Zoe said, "I know it sounds like a Chinese proverb. If you want to do the tour of the world you need to start with the first step." She is absolutely correct. We appreciate all her help.
