Studios™ is a separate
development unit that handles product design and sales for items
carried by the foundation. That selection will increase as time goes
by. Proceeds will be used at the discretion of the director for special
events, tiger projects and park development.
Donations
The Zoe Foundation
was incorporated in the State of North Carolina as a nonprofit
on March 24, 2000. On November 11, 2000 the Internal Revenue Service
granted The Zoe Foundation tax exempt status as a public charity
under section 4940 of the Internal Revenue Code. The State of North
Carolina accepted our status on March 22, 2001. Your donations
are tax deductible. You can indicate how you would like your donation
used by selecting the appropriate box on our Donation
Form. Donations made to the foundation will
not be used for telephone, direct mail or spam mail
solicitations. In addition the foundation will
not engage outside marketing firms to conduct such campaigns.

you can review them here.
Sufficient
funds must be in place before proceeding with development of Paleocene
Park. Apart from new facility development the foundation will
use funds to help tigers that
are subjected to inhumane living conditions.
