I started the
Zoe Foundation in 1985. It was named after my beloved Manx
cat Zoe whose illustration remains our registered logo. We
incorporated in the state of North Carolina in March 2000 and filed
non-profit
status. We are a registered 501(c)3 non-profit corporation.
